WHO WE ARE

Established in 1976, Mike & CO. was originally founded by MIKE'S mother, Simone, from her home in St-Leonard, New Brunswick. In 1990 the business moved to Fredericton, and has since remained family owned and operated - CURRENTLY BY SIMONE'S SON, MIKE AND GRANDDAUGHTER DANIKA!

We've been honoured to have won several of the Readers Choice Gold Awards for best bakery in Fredericton - 13 to be exact! In saying this, we truly strive to produce quality bread and sweets and are humbled by the love and support our community has shown.

We are privileged to be loving what we do and the people that we serve - hope to see you at the bakery soon!
